What a fantastic weekend we had exhibiting our kombi cabinets at the inaugural Tiny House Festival up in Bendigo last month. Thanks to all of you who came and said hello! As the first event of its kind in Australia, not even the organisers, Darren & Lisa, could have anticipated just how many people might attend.
With over ten thousand visitors across the two days we've never had so many compliments nor so many people clambering over our dear old van. It was such a positive experience and we met so many lovely, like-minded people, each looking for ways to live their best life. We'll certainly be back when the event returns again next year!
We dressed our 1973 kombi van's interior for the occasion in full tiny-home style, complete with this sweet little stretcher bed across the front seats - once the happy home of our younger daughter until she finally outgrew it and still handy for some extra storage when you're parked up.
Our range of accessories is always growing, with the fresh herb rack as popular as ever and the handy clip-on Dining Table, with its solid timber dowel fold-out leg & smart aluminium runner, proving itself a well-received new addition.
If you couldn't get to the festival in person, no worries, you can still take a virtual tour of our Winkpop interior layout here
It's always exciting to get some press, so in case you missed the link on our social media, we were delighted to be interviewed by Amy Collins-Walker for Jen Bishop's influential design blog The Interiors Addict. You can read the interview with Felicity via the full feature article here
