Customer service
Our shipping policy
Lowd Vans products are available to order for delivery to the United Kingdom. Please place your order directly though our online shop. Shipping is calculated at the checkout stage, based on weight and location.
International shipping on orders for delivery to destinations outside of UK will be invoiced separately. Please select "Delivery by quotation, contact us for a price" at the checkout stage. Freight will be billed on a separate invoice by prior arrangement. Please note that Shopify defaults this option to 'free' but it means TBC.
Delivery is by courier. Lowd Vans delivers using a number of trusted and trackable courier services. Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
