Lowd Vans Applebox is a central console unit designed for VW T2 kombis.

At 300mm wide, this invaluable central console unit for T2 kombis sits comfortably between driver and front passenger seats of your van. Complete with two cup holders, a magazine rack, hinged lid giving access to storage below and at the rear, a roomy pull-out deep drawer with removable dividers.

We named it after the ubiquitous tools of the trade in the film industry (our former lives). And we have even added perforations for ventilation so you really can store your fresh fruit and vegetables in it.

Lowd Vans products are CNC cut to order in Melbourne from factory finished 12mm film faced FSC plywood (sustainable, lightweight and water resistant). The 4mm plywood fascia trim is supplied raw and may be protected with a satin acrylic spray lacquer finish.

Choose from two* colourways: Black, White with Natural Birch top and birch ply fascia trim detail.

(*Orange, Mint or Sky colour options are currently only available when you purchase at the same time as one of our Complete Assembly packages in a matching colour)

Material & care

For general care simply wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or solvents.

Assembly advice

Lowd Vans cabinets and accessories are supplied flat pack, ready for self assembly. Each DIY kit includes illustrated step by step instructions and all the necessary hardware.

Delivery & returns

Select your preferred shipping method: Delivery by Courier or Local Pick Up (Melbourne). 

Shipping is calculated at the checkout based on weight and location. Please note we are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
